The recently opened Lebanese restaurant K’NOON aims to redefine modern Lebanese dining with a blend of Eastern flavours and Western presentation.

IMG_5234Guests dining at K’NOON should not expect the usual Lebanese food as the venue prides itself on outside-the-box  items such as their signature lobster and duck shawarma. The concept celebrates the golden age of Lebanese heritage with a modern twist, inspired by the history of Lebanon and being a meeting point of both Eastern and Western cultures.

K’NOON is committed to high quality ingredients, freshly made and served items, refreshing drinks and juices and enjoyable shishas. The menu consists of traditional and redefined dishes, starting with breakfast with the foul bel khodra, debs w tehini, beid b awarma and more. One can also expect an array of soups, salads, and sharing platters such as emm-l-taboule and cheese cake labneh salad, as well as inventive hot and cold mezzes including pesto hummus, rikakat sultan Ibrahim, truffle aioli fries and cheese baklava.

The restaurant is located at Lake Level, West Wharf Tower, Business Bay.
