What is your opinion of the Middle East’s hospitality landscape?
The Middle East’s hospitality landscape is growing rapidly but the competition is also growing at the same pace. Hoteliers have to find unique ways to make their offering and brand stand out.
What new products are you launching this year?
This year so far we have launched the Lavazza iTIERRA! Selection. We are just completing the details on our in-room docking station, which will be closely followed by classical soluble coffee and the Grand Hotel filter blend.
What are your company’s plans for the next 12 months?
We are looking to build brand awareness and develop strong relationship with the hospitality industry and provide solutions to meet the complex coffee solutions requirements.
