  • Understanding when you are triggered
  • Knowing how to respond rather than react to stressful situations
  • Leting go on judgement & blame
  • Seeing the good in oneself and others

  • A positive statement or judgement
  • Declared to be a truth that is intended to provide assurance in the face of fear, doubt, stress and worry
  • These statements either spoken aloud or quietly are meant to replace negative thoughts in the mind with positive ones
