Seafood festival, Shellebration, returns to Pierchic for a second edition this summer. The three-month festival, which begins on 7 July, will explore six European destinations through their seafood specialities, with a different dish introduced each fortnight. Chef Paolo Bellamio will begin with paella de arroz con bogavante (paella with lobster and seafood) from Valencia, Spain.
