Chef Daniel Vicente Antunes has been revealed as the new Chef De Cuisine at The Capital Grill steakhouse in Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi.
With over 13 years of experience in French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, the Portuguese Chef has attained exposure across multiple countries including USA, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Saudi Arabia.
Having worked with Michelin Star Chefs across the Europe, Chef Daniel has already infused his culinary expertise into the steakhouse.

The Capital Grill serves a selection of premium aged meat cuts from the farms of US, Australia and Ireland. Their signature steaks – Australian Wagyu, Irish John Stone and Black Angus Tenderloin are cooked live in front of the guest to enhance their experience.
The restaurant also features an open plan show kitchen adjacent to a lounge area to enjoy pre and post cocktails.
