Hospitality solutions provider and SaaS company, Neorcha, has successfully integrated with protel.I/O’s enterprise service bus (ESB) to further support the digital guest journey at its partner hotels.
Through the integration with protel.I/O’s ESB, guests will now be able to use Neorcha’s myHotel App to complete their pre arrival check-in with eReg, and use iPad iSign to view their hotel bill in realtime without the need to print it at the front desk. Neorcha’s hospitality technology solutions enable hotels of any size to deliver best-in-class guest services – enabling travellers to interact contactlessly and seamlessly with hotel brands anywhere, anytime, and on their own device.
Through the myHotel App, hotels can maximise their guest experience by providing access to a range of services, including pre-arrival arrangements, mobile keys, concierge services, destination information and express check-out. With Neorcha’s myCheck-in hotels can offer a safe, contactless, fast and efficient mobile hotel check-in solution to its guests.
For Neorcha’s partner hotels, the integration with protel.I/O means that they will be notified in realtime when a guest is in-house with the ability to send automated notifications, messages, special promotions and offers and invite guests to use the myStay features on the Neorcha myHotel app, including mobile key, guest requests, book a table and Efolio views with express checkout option.
