There have been two new appointments at the , Abu Dhabi. Mohamed Al Bahrawy has joined as director of sales and marketing while Nurina Anuar is the director of public relations and communications.
With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, Al Bahrawy’s most recent role was director of sales and marketing at Kempinski Hotel, Ajman. Before that, he worked with hotel groups including Beach Rotana, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Raffles Dubai, IHG and Jumeirah.
Al Bahrawy said: “I am excited to embark on my new position at Grand Millennium Al Wahda, spearheading the sales and marketing strategy for an award-winning hotel. I have great ambitions to further imprint the property in the map of the UAE’s best hotels and cannot wait to get started.”
Anuar has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, having previously worked at Cambodian Centre for Human Rights, Telekom Malaysia International, CSR Asia, and the AFS Intercultural Exchange Organisation.
Her last role was head of marketing communication for Arjaan by Rotana.
Anuar said: “I am excited for my new venture at Grand Millennium Al Wahda.
“Handling the marketing and PR strategy for a leading hotel such as this is a great honour and I look forward to the challenge.”
