Cuban-themed lounge bar, Cubano Lito, has opened at Ibis One Central in the Dubai World Trade Centre district.
The vintage lounge bar serves authentic Cuban dishes, cocktails and cigars, and a live band provides the entertainment with salsa and rhumba music.
Fitted with Cuban décor, the space features an antique jukebox, a Cuban cigar lounge, and an outdoor terrace.
Thirty cocktails are listed on the beverage menu, while bar snacks include mariquitas con limón (crispy plantain slides served with lemon-cilantro vinaigrette); and papas rellenas (fried, crispy balls of mashed potato stuffed with a traditional Cuban beef mixture).
Among the main menu items is the `Sandwich Elena Ruz’, a traditional Cuban sandwich prepared using roast turkey, cream cheese, apple and cranberry sauce, served in a brioche bun.
Cubano Lito is located at the ground floor of Ibis One Central.
