Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh has appointed Ahmed Fawzy as its new executive chef. Chef Fawzy will oversee all of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including: The Lobby Lounge, The Grill, Elements, ROSSO as well as in-room dining.
Chef Fawzy has had a long-standing journey with Four Seasons hotels that began in 2000 at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence. Since then he has worked as Banquet Chef, Restaurant Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, and most recently was the Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.
Commenting on his appointment, Chef Fawzy said: “Food is not only my career, it’s my passion. I look forward to continuing my journey with Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh and collaborating with the team to take the Hotel’s cuisine to new heights.

A graduate from the Tourism and Hotel Institute in Cairo, Chef Fawzy is a creative and detail-oriented chef, with a strong work ethic and passion for the culinary arts.
