Talise Fitness is giving high tea a healthy makeover with an exclusive Wellness Afternoon Tea event at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah complete with a live cooking demonstration on Tuesday 20th October 2015.

Talise FitnessGluten-free scones and muffins paired with low sugar jam provide a health-conscious starter, while sandwiches on wholesome pumpernickel and country loaves filled with organic ingredients ensure guests receive a nutrient-rich lunch. The culinary experience is completed with an array of indulgent desserts ranging from fat-free cheesecake, soy milk panna cotta to gluten and sugar-free chocolate cake that tastes so good it will be hard to believe they are good for you.

Talise Nutrition Executive Chef Gabriele Kurz, who created the menu, will host the event, providing guests with the chance to not only sample the delicious treats but also take home inspiration and timeless techniques for nutritious cooking and healthy living through an engaging masterclass with live cooking demonstrations.

Set in the opulent surroundings of the Assawan Amphitheatre at Burj Al Arab, the Wellness Afternoon Tea provides the perfect opportunity to relax and catch up with friends all while indulging a sophisticated high tea with a healthy twist.
