The Tap House on Palm Jumeirah has installed an ice-cold barrel and pipe system that guarantees drinks served hit the glass at a chilly two degrees.

The Tap House (24 of 48)In normal systems, liquid heats up in the pipes, which results in lukewarm drinks, but with the pipe cooling system, they are served chilled throughout the pumps.

The European gastropub, located on the beach at Club Vista Mare also has the largest range of ales in Dubai and is set for busy months with the FIFA World Cup approaching soon.

The team at The Tap House says: “Now is the time of year when people all over Dubai get annoyed at being served drinks which are just not cold enough to hit the spot.

“We had experts from all over the world look at the problem and they came up with the system we have now installed which cools the drink all the way from the barrel to the pump.

“People are loving it and it means that even though the temperatures are getting higher you can pop in to The Tap House and cool down with a refreshing cold one.”

The Tap House is rolling out a range of offers from now through to the end of summer.
