Anchor Food Professionals will be showcasing their new foodservice solutions for the Middle East at Gulfood 2018.
The new products include a soft style Cream Cheese, Fonterra shredded mozzarella and Red Cow white cheese.

Visitors can watch Anchor Food Professionals’ resident Chef Manfred Kohlen do quick kitchen demonstrations of each of the brand’s new products, as well as tasting sessions at the Anchor Food Professional stand.
