Launching the first venue of its kind in the UAE, wagamama on The Palm Jumeirah is introducing the “Kaizen” ideology (meaning “continuous improvement”) to the brand.
Highlights of the outlet in the Golden Mile Galleria include a omakase section (Japanese for ‘the chefs selection’) of dishes as well as refreshed restaurant interiors and décor, and an al fresco dining area and fresh juice bar.
“We are extremely excited to launch the new concept here in the UAE,” said Charlotta Ashour, country manager for wagamama Middle East. “This is just the first step in our expansion as we have plans to open further venues across the country in the next year. wagamama has been a huge success in the UAE for over a decade and we aim to continue this momentum”
