Tucked away in the heart of Downtown Dubai, Lopo Pizzeria, at long last, makes its grand debut.
Following a difficult year for eateries across the board, the hidden gem now welcomes residents to come in and experience a slice above the rest, the way it was truly intended.
Unquestionably a passion project, Lopo was born through a couple’s ever-enduring love for Pizza. The brainchild of resident F&B entrepreneurs, Kamelia & Ehsan Hosseini, the concept was nurtured over many Summers spent across Italy and New York City.
In a market wrought with competitors trying to out indulge the other, LOPO Pizzeria promises something different.
Through their proprietary slow-fermented dough made from stone-ground organic Italian flour and commitment to using only the best and freshest of ingredients sourced locally and from Italy, the local eatery is on a mission to move the beloved dish out of the dark realm of indulgence into becoming a dietary delight – that you can keep coming back to, again and again.
“Pizza should not only Taste Good but also make you Feel Good after. It isn’t always about chasing decadence. I believe You can unearth truly rich flavours without compromising on Gut health as well by using Only the Best Ingredients. That’s what we’re striving to do at Lopo.” says Ehsan Hosseini.
Signature pizzas include their wonderfully delectable Diavola made with spicy beef salami cured in the Italian Alps and Bufalina made with fresh buffalo cheese from Campana Italy. Fresh Burrata from Puglia, Italy also doesn’t get any better than this. San Marzano tomatoes picked around the Mount Vesuvius volcano in Southern Italy are used to top all their pizzas and homemade sauces.
Lopo Pizza is currently located in Burj Views, Downtown Dubai with a second branch slated to open inside the MasterCard HQ, Dubai Internet City, in October 2021.
