The highly anticipated Spanish brand, especially known for its exquisite cocktails and quirky personality, is about to open in a prized Business Bay location.
Preceded by an impeccable reputation and legitimate industry recognition (ranked within the World’s 50 Best Bar five years in a row), Salmon Guru’s visionary concept is set to fulfil the increasing demand for high-end cocktails and out-of-the-ordinary hospitality experiences. Behind this remarkable addition to the UAE, F&B landscape is Farah George Farah and Jad Aboujaoude from Elements Hospitality. The two seasoned entrepreneurs have been providing unmatched local expertise and growth opportunities to clients all around the world by offering a foothold in the GCC region. The group is currently working on several exciting projects, including the introduction of Salmon Guru to Dubai.
Founder of the world-class concept bar and eminent industry figurehead, Diego Cabrera has been conducting the Dubai opening from the ground and is currently leading the final preparations with the local team.
