Eataly, the largest Italian food market and restaurant concept, is set to swing open its doors earlier than usual going forward, welcoming customers from 9am with the offer of an all-new breakfast menu.
Stretched across two floors, the 250-cover Eataly at The Beach, located at JBR’s new dining destination Pavilion at The Beach, has created an extensive breakfast menu featuring a mixture of savoury plates, eggs dishes, sweet options, and refreshing smoothies.
Available every day from 9am until 11am, diners can choose from offerings such as Toast d`avocado alla caprese (Toasted bread, avocado, tomato and mozzarella), Bruschetta di verdure (Bruschetta with chargrilled vegetables), or even Bombolone alla crema (a classic fried Italian doughnut stuffed with custard cream)
Whether you like your eggs sunny side up, or prefer them poached, the breakfast menu at Eataly at The Beach has an entire section dedicated to egg dishes made to suit your needs. From Toast di Uova Strapazzate (bruschetta bread topped with stracchino cheese cream, marinated salmon and scramble egg) to Frittata di friarielli e parmigiano (Eggs frittata with broccoli rape and parmesan, topped with roasted datterino tomatoes), and if you’re looking for something extra, sides of veal bacon, marinated salmon, and beef spianata can be added.
Those looking for a lighter option in the mornings can take in the views in the temperature-controlled location while sipping on a range of top quality coffee carefully created using Eataly’s in-house coffee brand; Illy or perhaps one of the vegan friendly smoothie options available.
