Mercury Lounge is ready to celebrate the new summer season in full swing with an eclectic Pop-Up at Suq Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Sitting among the lush gardens of Suq Restaurant, a vibrant array of plants and greenery make for a cosy sitting area situated outdoors and indoors that offers the perfect spot for couples, friends, and colleagues alike to unwind and enjoy a refreshing cocktail and light bite. The pop-up presents a chic yet casual dining experience, as it features some of Mercury’s signature flavours, as well as a new selection of summer-inspired creations to be discovered.
The summery menu showcases a fresh and special selection of signature Mediterranean dishes, as well as a delectable range of grilled meats, cold cuts and cheeses to savour with a crisp aperitif. What’s more, the talented team at Mercury have prepared an incredibly diverse variety of seasonal and Asian-inspired creations that echo the venue’s bold and elevated ambience.
Salmon lovers in particular will enjoy the complex umami flavour of the salmon miso with yuzu. Rich combinations of yuzu and miso come together in perfect harmony, to adorn a beautifully cooked salmon paired with asparagus and enoki tempura. And for those craving a little extra taste of summer, the summer black truffle and mushrooms risotto is a fresh and seasonal delight must-try.
In addition to this, the venue offers a carefully curated selection of plant-based masterpieces from the all-vegetarian neighbouring restaurant Folia. Guests can help themselves to hearty and healthy plates by Chef Matthew Kenney such as the triumphant smoked king oyster steamed buns, and the irresistible coconut and banana tart.
Mixology connoisseurs will also definitely enjoy a grand wine selection on display, along with a deeply refreshing cocktail menu that pairs perfectly with the stylish and sophisticated vibes of the lounge. Evoking the pleasant aromas of a lush summer garden, Mercury’s skilled mixologists expertly infuse a bouquet of herbs and botanicals across their beverages such as lavender, lemongrass and thyme for guests to sip on and stay cool with throughout the warm summer evening.
Available for a limited time this summer, guests can visit the pop-up daily from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am at Suq Restaurant, on the ground level of Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
