Jason Atherton will return to his Dubai restaurant Marina Social on 16 May to collaborate with the restaurant’s head chef Tristin Farmer and fellow chef and former colleague, Colin Clague of Ruya Dubai.
A five-course menu will be prepared by the chef trio for one night only, featuring each of their hero dishes.
These will include Clague’s freshly shucked oysters, feta borek, sashimi seabass, and seared foie gras with pickled Turkish cherries and simit.
Atherton will bring some specialties from London’s Pollen Street Social, including the whole roast and honey glazed duck, and the banana soufflé with rum and raisin ice cream, while Farmer cooks up Marina Social favorites, with special canapés and social sweets.
The menu will be available at Marina Social Dubai from 7 pm to 11 pm, and priced at AED 350 per person for food and AED 500 per person with beverage pairing.
