In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, and Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, have launched several charitable initiatives as part of Abu Dhabi Luxury Collection Hotels and Resorts PINKtober campaign.
The expert pastry chefs across the three luxury hotels have created a series of unique and delicious desserts just for PINKtober. Every dirham raised through their sales will go directly towards supporting the work of Al Jalila Foundation.
The charitable support is continued behind the scenes of this luxury group. As part of Marriott’s Sustainability & Social Impact Platform Serve 360, the human resources teams at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort and Al Wathba, Desert Resort and Spa are selling Breast Cancer Awareness-themed ice creams, including a pink mask and ribbons, in the host’s cafeteria. Again, all the proceeds from this activity will go directly to Al Jalila Foundation.
