Since being established in 2009, Glee Hospitality Solutions have worked to offer end-to-end solutions in restaurant concept development and restaurant management.
With 10 concepts currently under the company’s management, Glee has now announced an additional 12 new projects in the pipeline, working with local talent and businesses to deliver an array of unique and exciting projects.
Under the leadership of managing director, Abdul Kader, Glee Hospitality has effectively changed the face of the region’s F&B sector, with a range of innovative business models that have swiftly become regional favourites. Bringing over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kader works closely with the company teams to develop successful strategies that support conceptualisation, launch and post-launch management. Glee’s portfolio currently includes renowned eateries such as Parlour Cafe, Nourish, Kishmish, Berri’s Café, Rice Creamery, Mighty Quinn, SLAB, La Terrace, Burger Hood, Mikado Café, Chez Amy’s, No. Fifty Seven, Molten Me, Majlis Al-Fareej amongst others.
In the nine years since its establishment, Glee has successfully launched over 50 F&B concepts, unveiled 70 outlets across the region, including the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Kuwait and Jordan among others, whilst managing a team of nearly 400 employees.
Ending the first quarter on a high note, Glee Hospitality Solutions is still working towards expanding into Saudi Arabia by September this year.
