Your day to day
Join us as Revenue Manager. You’ll have ambition, talent, and obviously some key skills. This role is a key member of the hotel senior management team and working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager. Using the full portfolio of revenue management practices and techniques they will generate short, medium, and long-term strategies for profitable revenue generation and capture across all the hotel’s activities. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and meeting and exceeding financial goals. You will prepare quarterly presentations or reports for the revenue meeting of the team’s progress toward the goals of the three-year forecast. Provide in-depth analysis and business insights to improve profits through the application of forecasting and optimization science as well as establish hotel pricing levels in all segments and be responsible for the daily room inventory management process.
What we need from you
Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven analytical and strategic track record with significant experience in a similar role. Whilst Hospitality or Tourism industry experience would be preferred, it is not essential. You have the ability to think laterally and analytically, display a high level of integrity, and have the ability to identify, impact and influence others. You will need to demonstrate knowledge of yield management optimization and selling strategies, and the ability to determine which concepts to apply in given market conditions. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate problem-solving, creative thinking, and decision-making skills and are passionately driven towards the achievement of a high-performance culture, and promote excellence in customer service and dedication
