One of the up and coming markets that is creating a stir at Gulfood this year is Northern Ireland.
Invest Northern Ireland head of business development – Middle East, Food Division, Karl Devlin said: “I’m delighted that so many Northern Irish food companies are active in the Middle East market.

The team from Invest NI are out in force at the event representing such clients as health drink firm CocoMojo, Glens Of Antrim crisps, Lakeland Pritchits, the food service division of Lakeland Diaries that makes UHT whipping and cooking cream.
Other firms that will be represented under the Invest NI banner are Greenfields who provides dairy product solutions; Just Live A Little, healthy granola manufacturers; Kestrel Foods, who manufactures healthy dried fruit and nuts; dairy product manufacturer Lackpatrick and Evron Easibake who specialises in garlic bread.
Also represented are sugar free snack manufacturers Freeist; soft drinks and cordial firm SHS Group and crisp company Tayto.
