Internationally-renowned Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão will open a new outlet at Central Park Towers in Dubai International Financial Centre this month.
The opening marks Fogo’s second location in the Middle East with joint venture partner Enany Group of Companies, having 51 outlets globally in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, New York City and Miami to name a few.
“Dubai is an exquisite global destination and we are delighted to share Fogo de Chão’s Brazilian hospitality, cuisine and churrasco dining experience with this city’s full-time residents and international visitors alike,” said Larry Johnson, chief executive Officer of Fogo de Chão.
“We are proud to be part of Dubai’s dynamic culinary scene, and to continue our international growth with this exciting new location,” he added.
In addition to the main dining area, Fogo de Chão boasts a Fogo Bar & Lounge, a shisha lounge, private dining areas, a courtyard and an outdoor terrace with views of the Burj Khalifa.
The new Dubai restaurant will be serving Fogo’s signature selection of premium meat cuts, a gourmet Market Table of fresh seasonal salads, fruits and vegetables and an extensive list of craft cocktails, elevated spirits and wine assembled by Fogo’s Sommeliers.
Every cut of meat at the new venue will be carved tableside by Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs, led by Brazilian native, Head Gaucho Chef, Jonas Ribeiro dos Santos.
Jonas has over a decade of experience in churrasco, having started as a gaucho chef in São Paulo before working in Venezuela and eventually becoming a head chef in the UAE.
