The announcement came during a press conference held at Nassima Royal Hotel hosted by ACICO Hospitality and headed by Al-Khalid who defined the project as “the core investment of the group in the emirate of Dubai,” due to an increase in the number of tourists within the region rising to more than 12 million in 2014 as stated by officials of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing team.
