The new service is set to enhance the guest experience, providing visitors with convenience and value. The service offers guests an opportunity to book leisure and recreation appointments from their rooms to ordering any of the hotel services across concierge, housekeeping, engineering.
Assuring complete in-room control, the iGENIE platform enables guests and residents of all hotels and serviced residences under The Address Hotels and Resorts to access services such as navigating the entire network of The Address Hotels and Resorts to make informed decisions about restaurants, spas, business centres and other amenities.

For example, they can make bookings at any of the spas within The Address Hotels + Resorts; sign up for golf lessons and tee time at The Address Montgomerie Dubai; or purchase movie tickets from Reel Cinemas.
