Hutong restaurant, located in DIFC, has introduced an array of new culinary experiences.
Hutong’s revamped vegetarian lunch menu includes a variety of options as well as spicy and milder dishes. Starters include the Wild Mushroom & Truffle Bao, Chilled Green Asparagus and Vegetarian Spring Rolls, followed by main courses such as Kung Po Fresh Oyster Mushroom, braised in sweet and chilli sauce and Vegetable Red Star Noodles. Sides include the Yu Xiang Crispy Eggplant, in a chilli garlic sauce and Wok-tossed Lotus Roots.
Early evenings are uplifted with Hutong’s Gan Bei hour, taking place daily from Sunday to Thursday from 6pm to 8pm. Gourmands are invited to try Hutong’s newly launched Truffle menu, featuring a selection of stand-out dishes matched with seasonal white truffle from Alba, Italy.
The menu, offered at lunch and dinner, showcases an assortment of signature dishes including Hutong’s Roasted Peking Duck, Tea Smoked Truffle Roll and the Chef’s selection Dim Sum Platter topped with delicate shavings of rare white truffle.
