It’s Culinary Month at Atlantis, The Palm, and with that comes the opportunity to learn food hacks and kitchen tricks from some of the region’s leading chefs.

Guests can learn expert-level skills from the masters themselves in this limited-edition enrolment. Food enthusiasts can learn how to cook signature dishes from each restaurant, with the chance to book a table to dine afterwards with friends at 25% off.

For Italian food aficianados desperate to discover the science of the best fresh pasta and pizza, Ronda Locatelli’s Chef for a Day classes will teach participants the importance of the right eggs and flour to make the perfect pasta and pizza along with a homemade tomato sauce that’s tastier than mamma’s.

Budding chefs looking to be the hostess with the mostest by mastering the art of crafting the perfect sushi rolls, will learn the art of sushi rolling at Nobu’s classes, along with guidance on how to pick the best quality fish and prepare it using classical, centuries old techniques that the Nobu team have perfected under the watchful eye of Nobu Matsuhisa.

For those who love Lebanese cuisine, but can’t find their way around mezze or tawouk, Ayamna’s classes focus on balancing flavours and teaching the basics of authentic Lebanese mezze along with other classics including kibbeh bil laban and umm ali.
