Bull&Roo is set to open The Guild in DIFC, a 15,000 square foot dining destination in ICD Brookfield Place, in 2021.
The concept will house different homegrown brands, each with its own offering and personality. With social responsibility at the heart of the project, each restaurant will focus on recreating some of the world’s most classic dishes. Bull&Roo continues to pursue its vision of traceability and commitment to responsible understanding of sourcing and stock levels.
“We’re excited to launch a totally new concept to Dubai, giving the DIFC diner a new way to eat out.
