Celebrity chef Kunal Kapur will be hosting a private chef’s table from 22 – 31 May at Patiala by Kunal Kapur in Souk al Bahar.
Chef Kapur will personally cook each dish for guests, with an exclusive menu created using summer-inspired produce.
Menu items include mango panna granita with mint ginger foam, Chilean seabass with strawberry chutney caviar and garbar falooda fruit spaghetti dessert.
The menu is priced at AED 500 without alcohol and AED 750 including alcoholic pairing.
Kunal Kapur is a host of MasterChef India, and the author of cookbook- ‘A Chef in Every Home’.
His only restaurant in the GCC, Kunal rebranded Patiala in 2015, launching a new menu and dining concept.
The restaurant showcases modern Indian cuisine, such as scallops and orange chutney, black garlic and mint foam; caramelised onion and blue cheese naan; and Haleem kebab.
