Chicago Meatpackers has launched a new menu, featuring vegan dishes.
Dishes include the Carpaccio, Tempura Mushrooms with labneh aioli, Grilled Bone Marrow, Crispy Brussel Sprouts and Sweetcorn ‘Ribs’. The main course menu comprises certified Angus Beef and the Meatpacker Cuts. Ideal for sharing, the cuts are accompanied by two sides and two sauces, including Parmesan Truffle Fries, Mac & Cheese, Jalapeno Lime-Buttered Corn and Charred Broccolini.
The newly launched Plant Powered menu includes a Chicago Dog, made with Beyond Sausage and a sweet pickle relish; the Meatless Short Rib served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable jus; Roast Eggplant with Miso, a warming Mushroom Rigatoni and Possibly The Best Veggie Burger.
