P.F. Changs introduces a limited time menu in celebration of the Chinese new year.
The International restaurant line known for their wok cooking style are offering a menu with symbolic food items associated with luck, as per tradition.
“These dishes offer our guests a refreshing, modern take on Chinese New Year traditions that are passed from generation to generation to bring luck,” said Phillip Chiang, founder of P.F. Changs.
“We want to celebrate our authentic Chinese heritage with our guests and wish them all the best as we welcome this year,” he added.
The chefs special dishes for the occasion- include Tempura Calamari and Vegetables, Red Curry Chicken, Spicy Chengou Beef and General TSO’s Shrimp.
The special menu is available all throughout the month of February.
