Dickey’s Barbecue Pit has launched an all-new catering menu, featuring the signature brisket and other favourites, including 14-hour slow-smoked meat cuts.
The menu is available for birthday parties and gatherings, large corporate events and more. Dickey’s can also set up a carving station, with its very own Pit Masters on hand.
The catering menu serves up an array of 1kg meat cuts, from spicy beef sausage to a full rack of ribs, with a choice of different meat cuts.
Mains are accompanied by a selection of up to four sides, half a dozen bun rolls, onions, pickles and Dickey’s famous barbecue sauce.
