With a year-to-date average occupancy of 81%, First Central Hotel Suites has enjoyed a robust first half of 2018. The hotel achieved 3% higher occupancy as compared to the average percentage of its competitive set.

First Central - Exec One BR Living Room 1Wael El Behi, general manager of First Central Hotel Suites, said, “Our property has been one of the best performing hotels in the highly competitive Barsha Heights area. We are really proud of our achievements given the challenging market conditions. From the very start our strategy has been to drive business across all verticals that has given us a steady mix of corporate, long-stay, leisure, e-commerce and FIT segment which in turn kept our figures firm.”

The rest of the year looks equally promising for the hotel. Wael attributes this success primarily to the appeal of Dubai and its world-class infrastructure and attractions, “Dubai is the ultimate fantasy destination for those seeking sun, sand, sea, and shopping in a safe environment. It is equally attractive for corporate travellers with a convenient and vast global airline network, unbeatable business facilities, and flawless communication services,” he added.

First Central Hotel Suites features 524 apartments perfect for long-stay accomodation, equipped with modern facilities.
