Gallery Café will be opening this February in Adliya’s new complex, Gallery 21, Bahrain.
The venue will be open daily and will offer everything from breakfast to late night dining.
Gallery Café head baker, chef Michael Seltenreich commented: “We will combine traditional skills with modern techniques to create truly unique works of art.”
The venue will offer a range of sweet treats, which include its in-house bakery and signature coffee.
Breakfast will include international dishes such as a French breakfast with a freshly baked baguette and croissant, marmalade and an oriental ‘foul medammas’ with traditional fava bean stew.
Main courses include dishes braised lamb shank, coq au vin, and saffron lemon shrimp. The menu will also feature sandwiches and fresh salads such as black rice and quinoa salad.
Guests can also sample a large selection of daily patisseries, tarts and gateaux from the display.
