Over the years, he has kept visitors happy by adding a more diversified range of snacks and opened even more kiosks, also expanding his innovative “Spiral Potato” concept around the UAE.
Another example of Global Village-powered commercial success might be the story of Ahmad Milhim and Zoulfikar Hawari. This entrepreneurial duo started out with a humble kiosk six years ago and have since dominated with unique food concepts such as “Wheel Pasta”, “Steak on Fries” and pizza by the metre at “Super XL Pizza”. Their empire has grown to the point now where they employ over 80 people to keep feeding Global Village guests.
