The fabrique, an artisanal butchery and deli, has opened its doors in JLT. The homegrown concept was launched by the team behind Sausage Fabrique.
The offering is varied but uncomplicated, guests can expect premium and grass-fed meats, plus deli products such as New York-style pastrami, cooked meats, salamis, homemade pickles, sauerkraut and marinades.
The new menu introduces dishes with brand new recipes, including Spicy Italian Sausage (spicy beef sausage, grilled peppers, mozzarella, cheese, pesto mayo), and The Fab Burger (double wagyu beef burger, maple bacon caramelised onion, cheddar cheese, homemade chipotle sauce).
However, to kick off the first venue on a high note, The fabrique has launched three new sandwiches, the Korean Bulgogi Beef Hot Dog (soy marinated gourmet rib eye, beef sausage, caramelised onions, Japanese mayo), K-pop Korean Dog (panko fried chicken sausage, kimchi pickled slaw, crisp onions and Japanese mayo), and the Korean Bulgogi Loaded Fries (spiced French fries with beef bulgogi, kimchi pickled slaw and Japanese mayo).
The venue has also introduced a butcher section which will be regularly updated with new products, including prime cuts and marinades. Highlights include Grill with Thrill BBQ Kits, skewers, French-breaded lamb chops, rib eye, tenderloin, South African boerewors and spicy chorizo.
Monaya Fayoumi, co-founder of The fabrique, says: “Two years ago, when we started Sausage Fabrique, we attracted global foodies seeking a taste of home. The fabrique is now an evolution of Sausage Fabrique, our first butchery and delicatessen which will act as a multifunctional eatery where customers can visit and enjoy the food, or they can purchase quality ingredients from around the world and cook with them in the comfort of their own home.”
The menu is available for dine in, takeaway and delivery across Dubai, prices start at AED 30.
