Why have you chosen to support BNC Publishing’s Big F&B forum?
The Big F&B forum addresses issues that are industry and region wide. It allows debate on pressing issues and instigates knowledge transfer from larger organisations to smaller ones, and vice versa, thus enabling the industry as a whole to evolve more effectively.
What is your opinion of the Middle East’s F&B landscape?
The fast growth of the region presents challenges ranging from security of supply, to quality of product and much more. Consumers are becoming more discerning and this cannot be ignored. When it comes to product offering you can’t compromise on quality, options or availability. Those challenges present us all with opportunities.
What new products are you launching this year?
We are introducing more mini bar offerings, bar and café products, and foodservice products.
What are your company’s plans for the next 12 months?
It’s perhaps not just a question of what, but where and how. Our clients are always looking for pioneering products, and as the industry grows we keep ahead of the game, tackle challenges, and drive innovation. We see demand for more quality products with provenance being a key influencer on growth. As the industry grows, one of the key challenges is being different, so you could say we’re in the perfect position. For us though, growth isn’t just about the next 12 months, but building and maintaining our customer base for a long and durable relationship for years to come.
