This Holy Month, guests can delve into the spirit of Ramadan at Olea Restaurant at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. Chef Sudqi Naddaf and his team have curated a menu which takes diners on a sensory journey through signature dishes from around the world.
This year, Olea will showcase Ramadan traditions with modern flair bringing together varying palates to connect over iftar and suhour. Offering a rotating menu over three days, the iftar features traditional and international cuisines served in a buffet, live-cooking and BBQ stations.
Iftar begins with an extensive selection of dates on the date-tree display along with Ramadan juices. The expansive menu includes a variety of soups, hot and cold appetisers – that feature signature dishes from international cuisines, with a focus on the homemade Levantine delicacies.
Mains include traditional favourites, popular contemporary options and an Indian corner. Ending the meal on a sweet note, the dessert station offers quintessential Arabic treats and contemporary pastries.
Extend the evening to suhour in the surroundings at Olea imbued with warm colours, majestic lanterns and décor, with a wide selection of à la carte dishes inspired by the Levant region.
