Offering a selection of fruit based delicacies, Dubai’s first fruit bar HOLA was conceptualised by Emirati brothers Ali and Yousef Karmostaji as a result of Ali’s frequent visits to Latin America.
Inspired by the passionate fruit street vendors in Mexico, the vision was to bring that authentic fruit experience to Dubai.
Head Chef of HOLA, Salvador Carrillo has created the menu revolving around fruit based dishes including authentic Paletas, ice cream filled Crepas, HOLA Nigiri and Fruteros which are delicately prepared fruit bowls featuring handpicked ingredients.
Guests can also experience live preparations of delicacies such as Teppanyaki style Ice Cream Rolls and Mango Flower on a Stick with a variety of freshly squeezed juices, called Cocteles and Smoothies, made to order
The interiors are reminiscent of a vivid Latin American ambience with contemporary rustic accents, wooden details and patterned ceramics.
