ME Dubai, set to open in less than two months in Dubai, has appointed Francesco Costa as AURA manager.
As the first ME by Meliá hotel in the Middle East, ME Dubai will be introducing the personality-led brand to the region, and its AURA Manager plays a significant role.
Head of a team that is exclusively dedicated to making guest stays truly unforgettable, anticipating their every need and satisfying wishes, the AURA Manager helps guide what is the offering for ME by Meliá hotels.
According to the property, with a finger on the beating pulse of Dubai’s local scene, Costa and his team will be on hand to provide round-the-clock insider advice on the best places to experience gastronomy, art, music and the best and most diverse cultural happenings that make the city the vibrant place it is.
In this role, Francesco will also oversee ME Dubai’s Culture Collective, the cultural programme implemented in all ME by Meliá properties that brings the creative scene of the city into the hotel to transform it into a social epicentre for guests and Dubai residents alike.
The former AURA Manager for ME Milan, Francesco brings his Italian style and more than five years’ experience in luxury hospitality and VIP customer experience to his role in Dubai.
ME Dubai is located in the Zaha Hadid-designed The Opus by Omniyat in Burj Khalifa District, Dubai, and is scheduled to open in March 2020.
