Opening its doors on September 7, 2020, Il Passaggio, a homegrown Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, is influenced by the Amalfi Coast.
Ancient handed-down techniques are used by II Passaggio’s culinary craftsmen, with breakfast highlights including Acai Bowls (fresh berries and banana, Acai mix with homemade granola), French Toast (with homemade strawberry jam and vanilla cream), Shakshuka (Canadian veal bacon, and baked eggs with a cherry-tomato sauce vierge – with a roasted pinenut and hazelnut crust served with a Campaillou French loaf).
Plus, Truffle Croissant (Black Summer truffle, parmesan cheese, scrambled egg) and eggs served six different ways. The three Breakfast Combos – Il Passaggio Favourite, Healthy Choice and Classic offer a range of breakfast dishes and are served with unlimited house-brewed tea or coffee.
