Meliã Desert Palm Dubai will welcome the new outdoor season with the launch of their Friday brunch on September 20 at RARE restaurant.
Diners will find a seafood station that will dish up oysters, scallops, prawn ceviche, smoked salmon and more, in addition to a selection of homemade, international cheeses and cold cuts, all paired with grape in the restaurant’s special cheese room.
There will be many live cooking stations including grilled specialties from the ‘asado grill’ with exclusive Argentinian beef cuts where guests can tuck into a family-style lunch. Guests can choose from tenderloin, rib eye, lamb chops and more, alongside sides of sweet potatoes fries, charcoal onions and pumpkin or mashed potatoes.
Brunch-goers can also stop by the egg and pasta stations, with keto-friendly options also available, in addition to a kids’ buffet with chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, curly fries, hamburgers, hot dogs and ice cream.
RARE offers both indoor and al fresco dining options with views of the championship polo field. The brunch is available every Friday, starting September 20, from 1pm-4pm, and is priced at AED 250 per person with soft beverages and AED 375 per person with house beverages.
