Boxpark has launched its contactless pick-up service, ‘Boxpark Checkout’ – allowing customers to stay connected to their favourite brands in a safe way.
The ‘Checkout’ service allows customers to collect orders from their favourite stores with reduced wait times through a simple, three-step contactless process.
First, they place an order with the store of choice via one of their points of purchase (website, phone call, or the brand’s app). A store representative will then contact the customer to confirmtheir order, the time it will be ready for collection, and from which location it can be picked up.
Next, when customers arrive at the agreed location, they contact the store via their preferred contact method – phone call, WhatsApp, or text message – with details of the make, colour and registration of their vehicle.
A store representative will bring customer orders to their car. Customers can then make payments using any cashless technology method they choose and drive away with their purchase.
Customers can place orders with popular eateries across Boxpark, such as Big Smoke Burger, Bosnian House, Karak Inc., Jag Restaurant or select products from outlets like Fine Blooms, Chocobon and Beats & Cuts. As part of Meraas’s health and safety commitment, the pick-up points are regularly sanitised as part of the ongoing disinfection and sanitisation measures scheduled every two hours across all Meraas destinations.
