Hotel News ME’s landmark annual publication, The Pipeline Yearbook will return for a 2017 edition.
Featuring exclusive hotel pipeline news, a guide to key territories, insight from industry leaders and 30 leading hospitality suppliers you should know, The Pipeline Yearbook 2017 will be distributed with the January issue of Hotel News ME.
Over 100 pages, last year’s Yearbook featured commentaries from prominent industry leaders including STR, Knight Frank, Colliers and Viability Management Consultants, as well insight on key markets from Iran to Africa, from Rotana Hotels, Movenpick Hotels and Resorts, Katara Hospitality, and others.
The second edition of the Yearbook will once again detail a comprehensive list of upcoming hotels across the Middle East and Africa; data is compiled exclusively by the Hotel News ME team, in direct liaison with the region’s leading hotel chains and therefore unavailable elsewhere.
Commenting on the annual publication, Diarmuid O’Malley, Group Publishing Director, BNC Publishing, said: “It is an exciting time for the industry as highlighted by STR’s September 2016 Pipeline Report which revealed that there are 159,127 rooms in 555 projects under contract in the Middle East and 56,858 rooms in 303 projects under contract in Africa, this essentially means that hotel inventory has near doubled compared to figures 24 months ago.
“With the aim of helping hoteliers, investors, operators and businesses navigate through 2017, we have compiled a comprehensive guide to 2017, covering openings, insight, commentary, and a guide to purchasing from the biggest names in services and supplies.”
