Taking over the terrace in a one-off collaboration, Hattem Mattar will join the folly by Nick & Scott team to host a Saturday BBQ brunch.
Hosted on their restaurant’s terrace, the signature menu will be prepared by Mattar, while Nick & Scott add their finishing touch and signature beverages to the afternoon offering.
The menu includes pastrami brisket and wings, while other BBQ favourites include flame-grilled long peppers with sea salt, Datterino tomato and baby basil, aged balsamic and grilled corn (on the cob) confit red onion, and tarragon salad.
At AED 395 per person, the BBQ is paired with a three-hour beverage package. The brunch will take place on October 24, from 2pm to 5pm.
