Following the re-branding of Carlton Palace Hotel, the new executive chef Euprocino Santok is rolling out a series of promotions and theme nights in February to revitalise the hotel’s F&B offer.
Starting from 18 February, Al Shindagah restaurant will be hosting two themed nights; Mediterranean Night on Thursdays and Chinese Night on Fridays.
Both nights feature unlimited buffets and live cooking stations at AED 125 per person including one house beverage or soft beverage.
Sketch Bar has introduced a wine and cheese night with sharing platters and house grape every Tuesday at AED 69 or AED 125.
The bar will also be offering a daily happy hour with 50% off selected cocktails, hops and grape beverages plus a ladies’ night with three complimentary drinks and free nibbles every Wednesday.
Local band, the 3G will provide the entertainment for the promotional evenings.
The rooftop bar, Moonlight Lounge, is also hosting sunset cocktails daily from 4-6pm as well as happy hour daily from 8-10pm.
