Rezidor inks deal for three new properties in the UAE

Carlson Rezidor has signed three new properties in the UAE. The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront and the Park Inn by Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island will welcome the first guests in Q2-2017 and the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View will open its doors in Q1-2018.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront is located in the largest waterfront development in the world within Business Bay known as Dubai Water Canal, the new business district of Dubai. The property will comprise 432 rooms including designer suites. It will offer several dining experiences, including one all-day dining restaurant and bar with views of the Burj Khalifa, a Makar Scottish bar and the brand’s signature FireLake Grill House and Cocktail Bar.

Also located on the Dubai Water Canal in the city’s new hub of Business Bay, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View comprises of 188 rooms and 16 suites, a meeting and conference area on a surface of 131 sqm, a business centre and a 341sqm banquet hall.

In the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, Rezidor is adding its first Park Inn by Radisson Resort on Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island. Meaning “headland of the small huts”, Ras Al Khaimah is a growing destination for leisure and business travel. On Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah’s first man-made archipelago, guests will enjoy views of the Arabian Gulf. The beach resort, comprises of two buildings and will offer 408 rooms including 24 superior rooms, family rooms and suites, one all dining restaurant, two restaurants, one lobby café and one lobby bar. Extensive meeting and event spaces are planned, such as other facilities including a swimming pool and a spa.
