Located at Riverland in Dubai Parks and Resorts, Tom’s Kitchen Deli will cater to families and offer express food and drink options in a fun and lively environment.
Commenting on his first international deli, Aikens said: “Dubai is a foodie haven and has seen a recent trend of casual, informal dining taking off. Tom’s Kitchen Deli is all about offering a relaxing, informal environment for families and friends to enjoy fresh, delicious and exciting food.”
The daily changing menu will offer a range of family friendly, indulgent and healthy items.
These include wraps, paninis and sandwiches; the ‘Cod Dog’ with cod fish fingers in a brioche roll; tacos with sour cream, chilli relish, cheese sauce and jalapenos; doughnuts filled with peanut butter and jelly or salted caramel; and sweet crepes served with various ice creams and toppings.
Serving the high quality, ethically-sourced ingredients Aikens is known for, the deli will feature a concept that complements the Riverland theme at Dubai Parks & Resorts.
Designed by Forward Associates in collaboration with Wildfire London, Tom’s Kitchen Deli has a colourful statement ceiling, illustrations and bold graphics on the walls and stylish furniture.
Tom Aikens currently has four Tom’s Kitchen restaurants and delis and a bar in London, in addition to one international flagship in Istanbul.
The Dubai deli is Tom Aiken’s second venture in the Middle East, following the opening of Pots, Pans & Boards at The Beach on JBR.
