Verve Bar & Brasserie to hold signature dish masterclasses

Verve Bar & Brasserie’s Chef Torman Hamouda will be holding masterclasses every Monday and Friday afternoon from 12pm to 3pm.

Guests will be taught how to create Verve’s signature dish, the traditional Beef Wellington, which diners can then enjoy as part of a three-course lunch after the lesson for only AED 395 per person.

Beginning with the preparation behind a Beef Wellington, Chef Torman will take the attendees through the steps to create the dish. Once the main course is prepped, guests will be given a detailed demonstration by the Chef on what it takes to execute the perfect risotto.

Much to the delight of chocolate lovers, the class will end on a sweet note with instructions on creating a rich chocolate fondant. Gastronomes will then have the opportunity to savour their creations with a three-course meal with Chef Torman on hand to answer any culinary questions they may have.

Classes will be held in English, with Arabic available upon request. Pre-booking is essential, and requires a minimum 48 hours’ notice.
