Guest Chef Series: Featuring Chef Edurado Torres
The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort’s Guest Chef series will feature a lineup of outstanding culinary talent from around the world. Guest Chef Edurado Torres will be the first in a long line of chefs who will delight guests with his culinary sensations. Torres precedes the esteemed Executive and Co-owner of Mumbai’s famous Masque restaurant, Chef Prateek Sadhu, with more chefs to be announced for 2022.
Chef Torres, owner of the Molino Roca, is one of the most respected rice connoisseurs in Spain. Masters of rice from Valencia since 1903, the Torres family have been perfecting a unique product for generations with differential quality thanks to its selection processes of the best grains.
“It is an honor to partner with the St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort,” said Chef Eduardo Torres. “I look forward to providing their exceptional guests with an exclusive experience in paradise that will not only satiate their palates but last a lifetime.”
Torres’ presence will elevate the five-star property’s already distinguished culinary scene. On September 24th and 25th, guests will be able to enjoy his flavorful Seafood and Valencian paellas for lunch and dinner as well as one cooking class while surrounded by tropical landscape and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.
Vincent continued: “We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Torres to our award-winning property and share his extraordinary craft with our valued guests. He comes with superior culinary talent and the best world cuisines that are sure to exceed all expectations.”
